  The Substance Use Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to meet all RMV criteria, including substance use history, current status, and risk of recidivism rate. The evaluation is conducted via telehealth and includes the following steps:

  1. Evaluation Duration:

     • The evaluation will take approximately one hour.

  2. Content of the Evaluation:

     • History Gathering: Collection of your substance use history.

     • Legal Information: Documentation of any relevant legal information.

     • Outcome Measures: Assessment of current substance use status and risk of recidivism.

  3. Cost and Payment:

     • The cost of the evaluation is $450.

     • The cost for an immediate evaluation is $550 – within one week of the hearing date.

     • Insurance does not cover this cost.

     • Payment is collected at the time of the evaluation via credit card.

  4. Report Finalization:

     • The report takes approximately one week to finalize.

     • Due to limited appointment availability, it is highly recommended to complete the evaluation as soon as possible and then update if needed.

  5. Next Steps:

     • To proceed with the evaluation process and activate a portal invitation, please provide the following information:
